How to Obtain Your Dino Insurance
Open a support ticket to set up your dino insurance after purchasing. Read the below rules.
1. Dinos must be alive at the time you purchase dino insurance. We will not recover dinos that died before insurance was purchased.
2. In order to put insurance on a dino it must have a unique name, and you must also have a screenshot of the dino ID #.
(You can find the ID if you open the dino's inventory and go to ancestry.)
3. If you add new paragons to an omega dino you must soulball it and place it into a terminal for around 15 minutes so that the
data on said dino is updated. We will not replace lost paragons.
4. You must place a claim ticket immediately if the insured dino dies or we may not be able to retrieve it. If you leave for an extended
period of time your dino may not show up on more popular servers. If this happens and we are unable to bring your dino back we
can spawn in and tame a similar dino for you, or you may transfer the insurance to another dino.
5. Each purchase only covers a set amount of dinos.
6. Your insurance for your dino will not expire until you have used the claim. In the event that we have a wipe the insurance will not
cover that dino, but once the maps are back up you may choose a new dino for the insurance ( We do not plan to wipe).
7. If you file a dino insurance claim and your dino is retrieved you must throw out said dino, then soul ball it and place it in the terminal
for around 15 minutes to update the dino
