How to Obtain your VIP Package
Open a support ticket to request your VIP package. Include your email and the server you’re currently playing on, and a team member will assist you as soon as possible.
You must be on the Ragnarok map to access the VIP area. You’ll receive a PIN code to enter the building and another PIN for the Tek storage box assigned to you.

Search PRG, and servers should appear for you.
You may join the server and it will automatically download the mods for you, but I strongly encourage you to download the mods prior to joining the servers.

To access the game store hit F1 while in game. Currency is passively added to your account as you are online and playing.
To receive Discord perks, submit a ticket in Discord requesting permissions, and a mod or admin will assist you.
You must be on Ragnarok to claim your rewards.
How to Obtain Your Dino Insurance:
Open A support ticket to set up your Dino insurance after purchasing. Read the below rules.
Dino Insurance Rules
Dinos must be alive at the time you purchase dino Insurance. We will not recover dinos that died before insurance was purchased.
To put insurance on a dino it must have a unique name, and you must also have a screenshot of the dino ID #. (You can find the ID if you open the dino's inventory and go to ancestry.)
If you ever improve your dino (such as adding paragons or upgrading its tier) throw it out of the soul ball, and pick it back up again. (Either the soul gun or manually) This will refresh the data. We will not replace lost paragons.
You must place a claim ticket immediately if the insured dino dies or we may not be able to retrieve it. If you leave for an extended period of time your dino may not show up on more popular servers. If this happens and we are unable to bring your dino back we can spawn in and tame a similar dino for you, or you may transfer the insurance to another dino.
Each purchase only covers a set amount of dinos period.
Your insurance for your dino will not expire until you have used the claim. If we have a wipe the insurance will not cover that dino, but once the maps are back up you may choose a new dino for the insurance (We do not plan to wipe).
Once your dino is recovered, please make sure to throw it out and pick it back up again to refresh its data in the system. We will not replace paragons lost this way.
Don’t be toxic.
No dinos left on wander or aggressive.
Do not build to block paths or access to areas with rare dino spawns such as waterways, tunnels, or mountains with limited land access.
No teleporters inside artifact caves or near nests to quickly spawn in and out.
No auto breeding. Do not leave breeders running while you are offline.
Clear all beaver dams when looting. Leave oil rigs and sap taps unlocked.
You are allowed one main base up to 50x50 foundations and no more than 40 walls high, and one 20x20 base per tribe per map. You may have two mobile bases, but they must be parked near your bases. Underwater bases using vacuum compartments are allowed within reason. Traps are allowed but must be cleaned up after use and not left sitting.
Do not build within 60 foundations of another base unless you have permission from the owner.
You may only build in cave systems that do not contain an artifact or boss. Do not place teleporters inside any cave systems.
Admins will not be involved in tribal issues. Sort it out or part ways.
One Medium Floating Platform per tribe per map is allowed as your only floating base. Smaller floating platforms are permitted but must remain within the build radius of your Medium platform. Any additional bases must be built on land. Platforms must be placed in open ocean only and clearly away from land, with no shoreline, island, cliff, or land connections. Floating platforms are not allowed on Valguero. If you are unsure about placement, contact staff before placing.
No exploiting. If you are doing something not intended by the game for your own advantage, it is considered exploiting and if caught you will be banned from PRG.
Teleporter rules: Unless your teleporter is at your base, any TP placed in popular areas must be set to PUBLIC. Teleporters cannot be placed anywhere near artifacts or loot drops. You are limited to six teleporters per tribe per map. Extra ones will be removed or you will be asked to pick them up.
Bases and dinos decay. If you see decayed bases or dinos, they are fair game unless they belong to an admin tribe. Do not take anything from admin tribes. If something from an admin tribe is close to decaying or has decayed, notify staff. Admin tribes are Arkward, Tribe of snoozy, and Tribe of Idiots.
If you see a demolishable base that has dedicated storage DO NOT DEMOLISH THEM!!! Storage containing large amounts of items, will cause the server to crash. We can track who demolishes them.
You are fully responsible for summoned boss encounters. If you cannot kill it, and it starts to roam the world and attack players' bases, you can be at fault for potential griefing. Make sure you know your surroundings and pick your spots carefully.
1- Don't be toxic, period. We are a friendly family here with a healthy community.
2- If on Discord, your nickname needs to match your in-game name.
3- No Flaming in chat especially about sensitive subjects (religion/politics).
4- No Advertising/Discussing other servers or attempting player poaching.
5- If you need staff support, leaving a support ticket on Discord gets our attention the best.
6- No disrupting the game/games or chat. Toxicity and Disruption of any kind are prohibited.
7- Do not reveal information about yourself, personally. Online communities are great, but these are still "strangers".
8- Recording/Streaming without the permission of the chat/group you are in, is prohibited.
9- Keep politics/conspiracies out of gaming.
10 - Discord is 18+ age minimum.
11 - Do not @ or DM staff. If you have issues, please post a support ticket No @admins or @moderators, etc.
12 - This is a private gaming community. Any person may be removed without cause.
